- Just got an Internet connection at work, and spent part of today examining
- Microsoft's web site. The tech support area has an extensive bug report and
- bug fix section. Now I know where those life-saving downloads on this BBS
- come from!

- What makes me angry is realizing that many of the problems causing my Power
- Computing clone to crash have been known for months. I've lost day sand
- nights over problems that could easily have been prevented. Once again, I
- have to salvage corrupted files and volume catalogs.

- E.g., Global Village's Tool Box conflicts with the MS-Office 4.2x Update. I
- just bought the stupid thing in January. Lot's of other Power Mac conflicts
- and work arounds are listed there,too.

- How difficult would it be for the vendor to give new customers a print-out
- of known conflicts and a diskette with patches for the purchased software?
